Paskins Town House Hotel
Cinnamon has a long-standing happy relationship
with the Paskins Town House Hotel, in particular with Roger and
Sue Marlowe who run the establishment. Roger first approached
Cinnamon in 2003 when he wished to have his website rebuilt. He
wished to find a designer who would be happy to work with his
ideas as well as bringing their own thoughts to the melting pot.
He wanted to create a site which not only represented the hotel
but also provided lots of information about the Brighton area
and some amusing tales as well.
We
worked together on a number of designs, deciding in the end on
a design which reflected the eclectic nature of the hotel, which
is full of character. Its rooms take themes from many periods
over the twentieth century. It is also a vegetarian hotel with
green values and this also needed to reflected in the site.
Since the site was originally built it has been
regularly altered and updated. The design has proved very popular
with guests who are frequently commenting on how much they like
the website.
Illustrations
As part of the long term relationship with Paskins
we have produced a number of illustrations for the website and
the design for the hanging sign outside the hotel.
